Materiality Assessment
Our materiality assessment identifies the material topics considered important to the P&C insurance industry and Liberty Mutual. As part of this process, we reviewed multiple reporting frameworks and guidelines such as the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, Global Reporting Initiative, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures and CDP, an international nonprofit organization recognized for its environmental risk reporting.
